1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using a FastTrack eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
2. Service description
FastTrack eSIM sells prepaid mobile data eSIMs for Thailand via partner networks (True and AIS). Plans are data-only unless stated otherwise. We deliver install instructions by email after payment.
3. Orders and delivery
You must provide a valid email address at checkout. Delivery is electronic — QR code and install instructions are sent by email. You are responsible for installing the eSIM on a compatible, unlocked device before or after arrival.
4. Device eligibility
Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Use our compatibility checker before purchase. We are not liable if your device cannot install or activate the eSIM.
5. Payments
Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card details. Failed provisioning after successful payment may qualify for a refund under our Refund Policy.
6. Limitations
Coverage and speeds depend on local networks and device support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Plans are for personal travel use unless agreed in writing.
