1. Data we collect

When you purchase an eSIM, we collect:

Email address — for order confirmation, eSIM delivery, and support
Order details — plan selected, ICCID, and install instructions
Payment data — processed by Stripe (card) or PayPal; we do not store card numbers

2. Website analytics

When analytics is enabled and you have consented, we send first-party usage events to FastTrack Analytics (page views, checkout steps). This uses session and visitor IDs stored in your browser. Analytics only runs when a site ingest key is configured. Without consent or configuration, no FastTrack Analytics data is sent. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate performance metrics.

3. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and local storage for checkout, order lookup, and admin sessions. FastTrack Analytics may store session and visitor identifiers when enabled. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

4. Third parties

We share the minimum data needed with: Airalo (eSIM provisioning and top-ups), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Stripe or PayPal (payment processing). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

Order and email records are kept for up to 12 months for support, refunds, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised. Unused eSIMs may be refunded before activation. Payment processors retain transaction records per their policies.

6. Contact

For privacy requests, data access, or deletion, email orders@fasttrackesim.com with your order email. We respond within 30 days.
